How to Save Your User Name and Password



Do you want to save your password so you don't have to type it every time you come to visit ICLE? Do you want to save your password so you don't have to type it every time you come to visit ICLE?

If you are using Internet Explorer, please follow these instructions.

      1. Click on Tools in menu at the top of the screen. Then Click on Internet
        Options on the menu that drops down.

      2. You will get a dialog box that looks something like this. Click on the
        Content tab at the top of this small dialog box.

      3. Click on the AutoComplete button.

      4. You will get a dialog box like this. To save your user name and password, you need the box to the left of User names and passwords on forms checked. You probably also want to check the box directly beneath it labeled Prompt me to save passwords. That way you will know when they save on the other sites you visit.

      5. Click the OK at the bottom of the dialog box after you have check these options. Then you will need to click the OK button at the bottom of the other dialog box that is open.
      6. Now you need to put in your user name and password at ICLE to get it to save. If you are prompted on if you want to save the password, you need to say yes.
      7. In the future when you come to ICLE's main page, just click in the User name box and press the down-arrow on your keyboard. You can then select your user name from the list and the password will fill in. Then click on the Go button.
