How to Download and Save a Zipped File

Download Instructions Using Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the link for your download.
  2. Click Save.
  3. A dialog box* will open asking what you want to do with the file.
    [*If you have changed your settings to automatically save files, skip to step 5.]
  4. Choose the location* where you want to save your download and click Save.
    [*C:\Users\username\Downloads is the default.]
  5. After the download has completed, click Open.
  6. Click Extract all files to save the forms in a folder on your computer.
  7. Click Browse to select the location you want to save your files.
  8. Click Make New Folder and name it the same as the download file. Click OK.
  9. Click Extract.
  10. You can now access files in the default location.

Download Instructions Using Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the link for your download.
  2. Choose Save File* and click OK.
    [*If you set your options to automatically download files, navigate to the default save folder set in the Firefox preferences to locate your download.]
  3. The Downloads window* will open with the filename at the top. Double click the filename in the list to open the zip file.
    [*You can also open the Downloads window by clicking on the Firefox menu (top left), Downloads.]
  4. Click Extract all files to save the forms in a folder on your computer.
  5. Click Browse to select the location you want to save your files.
  6. Click Make New Folder and name it the same as the download file. Click OK.
  7. Click Extract.
  8. You can now access files in the default location.

Download Instructions Using Google Chrome

  1. Click on the link for your download.
  2. Click on the filename in the Downloads bar (at the bottom).
  3. Click Extract all files to save the forms in a folder on your computer.
  4. Click Browse to select the location you want to save your files.
  5. Click Make New Folder and name it the same as the download file. Click OK.
  6. Click Extract.
  7. You can now access files in the default location.

Mac

Download Instructions Using Apple Safari

  1. Click on the link for your download.
  2. Click on the Downloads icon (top right).
  3. To open the files, double click the filename.
  4. The default save location is /Users/Username/Downloads, or you can drag the folder to your location of choice.

Download Instructions Using Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the link for your download.
  2. Choose Save File* and click OK.

Download Instructions Using Google Chrome

  1. Click on the link for your download.
  2. Click on the filename in the Downloads bar (at the bottom) to extract the zip file.
  3. The zip file is automatically extracted to a folder with the same name. To open the files, double click the folder name.
  4. The default save location is /Users/Username/Downloads, or you can drag the folder to your location of choice.
