Ordering from ICLE

Ordering Online

To purchase an item in ICLE’s online store, click on Buy Now! and follow the prompts.

Log In

You can log in at the ICLE home page, or if you’re already viewing products in the store, click on login at the very top of the page (there will be a log out link if you’re already logged in).

Logging in before placing your order ensures that your purchase prices reflect any discounts to which you are entitled. It also allows you to see the titles of books you own, titles of seminars you have attended or have registered to attend, and your CLE credits.

Please note: If your assistant will be ordering products or registering you for seminars, please have the assistant use your username and password to ensure that your name appears on the order and to take advantage of your Partnership discounts on ICLE products. The text at the top of the page shows who is logged in.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

All Michigan lawyers and subscribers to our products and services have been assigned a username and password. If your user name or password has been lost or forgotten or you don't know what your assigned username or password is, you can quickly reset it from the ICLE home page. Click on Forgot your username or password? and follow the prompts.

Note: Your e-mail address must match the address we have on file for you and must not be shared by anyone else with subscriptions to ICLE products. If it does not match or if it is a shared address, you will receive an error message informing you that your e-mail address does not match our records. If you receive this error message, contact ICLE at 877-229-4350 for assistance.

Change Your Username or Password

To change your username or password, go to MY ICLE, MY ACCOUNT, Profile.

Order Confirmations

ICLE sends order confirmations and access instructions (for online products) via e-mail within two hours of purchase. Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of purchase. If you order online, you can also print a receipt at the point of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

You should receive your order within five to seven business days of placing your order (it may be longer if your order is placed on a Friday or over a holiday). We ship UPS. It is important to provide your street address when ordering because UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Rush orders are available for an additional charge by calling ICLE 877- 229-4350. Additional shipping charges may apply to large orders.
