Windows 2000/Me/XP/Vista Users
You will need to create and name a folder to hold the documents
you download. For the Partnership documents, we suggest you name the
folder "icle."To create a folder:

Click on the My Computer icon on the desktop (Computer icon in Vista).

Double-click on the letter of the hard disk drive you want to put
the files in, probably the C drive.

Click on File, New, Folder.

You will see a new icon that looks like a file folder appear in the
right part of the window. It will have the words "New Folder" highlighted.

Type the following word:
ICLE
or any other name you wish to use (this will replace the words "New
Folder") and press Enter.

Close My Computer by clicking on the X in the upper right corner
of the window.

Windows 98/NT Users
You will need to create and name a folder to hold the documents

Click on the Start icon on the desktop, which is probably at the
lower left corner of the screen.

Move your mouse cursor (the arrow) to Programs. A list of programs
installed on the computer will come up.

Click on Windows Explorer. A new window will appear. It will
have a menu near the top, a list of drives and utilities on the left,
and a list of folders and files on the right.

In the left part of the window, click once on the letter of the hard
disk drive you want to put the files in, probably the C drive.

Click on File, New, Folder.

You will see a new icon that looks like a file folder appear in the
right part of the window. It will have the words "New Folder" highlighted.

Type the following word:
ICLE
or any other name you wish to use (this will replace the words "New
Folder") and press Enter.
