Yvette L. Harms is an independent change management consultant and trainer with a passion for helping small to midsize organizations envision and implement plans for a successful future. She is the coauthor of the book "Simple Lessons for Change Leaders and Teams: Communication, Collaboration, Project Management" (ICLE 2010) and cofounder of www.changeleadershipnetwork.org. She is a frequent trainer and speaker on change management topics. Ms. Harms earned her PMP certification in 2006. She led IT and product development projects for more than 15 years. Several of the products developed by her teams won awards in the continuing education industry. She also earned an MBA and a Master’s of Science in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
