Gaëtan Gerville-Réache is an appellate advocate with a robust Michigan Supreme Court practice. He has handled appeals with more than $100 million in controversy. Mr. Gerville-Réache coauthored the only appellate practice guide for Michigan published by the American Bar Association (ABA). He currently serves as Michigan's cochair for the ABA's Council of Appellate Lawyers and previously served as chair of the Appellate Practice Section for the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Gerville-Réache is rated AV Preeminent (Judicial Edition) by Martindale-Hubbell and has been a Michigan Super Lawyer in appellate practice since 2017.
