David L. J. M. Skidmore concentrates his practice on probate, trust, estate, fiduciary, and real property disputes and litigation throughout Michigan. He is the former chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning Council and is an ongoing member of the Council's Amicus Curiae committee. A fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Mr. Skidmore is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" for probate litigation and was named a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker on Michigan trust and estate law and is a contributing author for the "Michigan Probate and Estate Planning Journal."
