Leonard M. Niehoff

Leonard M. Niehoff serves as a "professor from practice" at The University of Michigan Law School, where he teaches courses in civil procedure, evidence, ethics, and media law. He is also of counsel to Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, where he cochairs the firm's Appellate Practice and Higher Education Law Groups. Mr. Niehoff serves on the board of directors of the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the executive board of the Forum Committee on Communications Law of the American Bar Association. He is the author of more than 100 articles, book chapters, and other publications. Mr. Niehoff has been listed in such publications as "Who's Who in America," "Who's Who in American Law," "Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America," "The Best Lawyers in America," "Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers," and Crain's "40 Under 40."
