Ronald E. Baylor

Ronald E. Baylor practices in the area of civil litigation. His practice includes the defense of schools, universities, and local government officials and employees against tort liability claims for personal injury, property damage, and employment decisions. He also assists local government and industry in a wide range of environmental matters. A contributor to "Local Government Law and Practice in Michigan" (1999), Mr. Baylor has lectured on liability and immunity issues for ICLE and other professional groups. He is admitted to practice before all Michigan courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Baylor is a member of the Litigation Section and the Environment, Energy, and Resources Section of the American Bar Association; the Negligence Law and Environmental Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan; the Kalamazoo County Bar Association; and the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan.
