Mark A. Hopper practices in the areas of commercial, estate, and business and municipal litigation and arbitration. He is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Litigation Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Hopper is also the former chair of the Federal Practice Section and a current member of the Trial Practice Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. He was a member of the Saline City Council and was the mayor of the city of Saline from 1986 to 1990. He served as a trustee on the Board of Education of the Saline Area School District from 1995 to 2001.
