Keith M. Nathanson practices in the areas of retail and commercial collections, debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy, real estate, asset protection, debt resolution, loss mitigation, appellate, and family law. He has substantial experience in all aspects of debt collection and provides a broad range of legal services to his clients. Mr. Nathanson has argued appeals before the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. A member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), he has lectured on debt collection for the Family Law Section of the SBM and lectured for the National Business Institute. Mr. Nathanson has also served as a mediator, facilitator, arbitrator, and court-appointed receiver in collection matters.
