Subscription Term and Renewals

The Partnership is available as a one-year subscription. When you sign up or renew, you can choose to pay on an annual or monthly basis.

Annual payment. If you choose annual payment, the payment is due in advance and is nonrefundable. You will receive a renewal notice before the end of the year for your next year's subscription.

Monthly payment. If you select monthly payment, you must pay by credit card and you are committed to pay for the first 12 months. After the initial 12 months, we will continue to charge your credit card each month unless you cancel your subscription in writing with 30 days' notice. We will notify you if the price or benefits change. You will not receive a renewal notice.

Subscriber Agreement. The terms of your Partnership are controlled by the subscriber agreement you were required to agree to before your partnership began, as modified by ICLE and posted on our web site or communicated to you. You can view the current Partnership agreement here.

During the Partnership subscription term, your firm has unlimited access to all of the online resources ICLE provides in the Partnership area and limited free access to Partnership seminars. You are also eligible for discounts on many ICLE products you purchase during your subscription year (see "Discounts for Partners".
