Ordering Online


Logging In

To order online, ICLE requires the use of a user name and password. This ensures that an account is created for you. The system uses the account information to ensure your purchase prices reflect any discounts to which you are entitled. It also allows you to see the titles of books you own, titles of seminars you have attended or have registered to attend, and your CLE credits for what period of time?

Please note: If your assistant will be ordering products or registering you for seminars, please have them use your user name and password to ensure that your name appears on the order and to take advantage of your Partnership discounts on ICLE products.

Have a user name and password already?

If you already have an ICLE user name and password (for access to ICLE’s Partnership, Michigan Law Online, Online books, etc.) first login on the ICLE homepage. Note: you may enter the ICLE Seminars or Store sections of our Web site without logging in first, but the system will require you to login if you try to order a product or register for a seminar.

Don’t have a user name and password?

You may obtain one to order books or register for courses. It takes just a few minutes.

  • If you have a valid email address you may use ICLE’s convenient online system to get a user name and password. A valid email address is one that matches the email address we have for you in our records.




    1. Click on the"Login Help" link in the login box on the ICLE home page




    2. Enter your valid email address then click submit

    3. If your email matches the one in our records, our system will automatically create your user name and password and send it to you in a return email message to your email address. This takes only a few minutes.

    4. In the returned email message click on the “Reset my password” link

    5. Enter the required information then click submit

  • If you do not have an email address that matches our records, call ICLE Customer Service at 877-229-4350.


Ordering Products

1. Product Page

On the product information page, click on Add Book to Cart! Your order should be accurately reflected in the shopping cart screen that appears. If you are an ICLE Partner, note that the your partner discount will be reflected at checkout.

2. Continue Order Placement

Click Continue to proceed to checkout. Click Keep Shopping to return to the store.

3. Promotional Code

If you have a promotional code from a coupon or other ICLE special offer, enter it in the text box and click Continue. Otherwise, leave the text box empty and click Continue to proceed.

4. Checkout

Review the items in your shopping cart. If they are correct, click Continue. Otherwise, click on the link to edit your shopping cart. If you prefer to fax or mail in your payment, click on the link provided.

5. Credit Card

Enter your credit card information. Fill in your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card number and include the expiration date. Do not put spaces or hyphens between the numbers.

To complete an online transaction, click on check-out button. Please click ONLY ONCE.

6. Order Conformation

Review and print your order confirmation for your records.


Registering for a Seminar

1. Seminar Information Page

From the seminar information page choose a fee from the Video or Seminar dropdown box, then click Buy.

Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted for your user name and password before proceeding to the registration area.

2. Whom would you like to register?

  • If you are registering yourself for a seminar, choose Register Yourself.
  • If you are registering someone else from your firm, select the person's name from the dropdown list on the right.
  • If you are registering for someone else, but can't find their name in the dropdown list, click Add a Person. Fill in the name and address of the person and click Continue with Registration.

3. Click the location (and date) of the seminar you're registering for.

4. Continue Order Placement

Click Continue to proceed to checkout or click Register for Seminars to register for more seminars.

5. Promotional Code

If you have a promotional code from a coupon or other ICLE special offer, enter it in the text box and click Continue. Otherwise, leave the text box empty and click Continue to proceed.

6. Checkout

Review the items in your shopping cart. If they are correct, click Continue. Otherwise, click on the link to edit your shopping cart. If you prefer to fax or mail in your payment, click on the link provided.

7. Credit Card

Enter your credit card information. Fill in your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card number and include the expiration date. Do not put spaces or hyphens between the numbers.

Registering for a Webcast

1. Seminar Information Page

From the seminar information page choose a fee from the Webcast dropdown box, then click Buy.

Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted for your user name and password before proceeding to the registration area.

2. Credit information

Depending on the webcast, you'll be asked whether you would like to earn ICLE certificate or MCLE credit for the webcast. Click Yes or No. If choose to watch the webcast for credit, you'll see further explanation on the credit requirements. Read the requirements and confirm whether you still want to watch for credit.

Michigan does not have a mandatory continuing legal education requirement and we do not guarantee that our seminars will qualify for credit in other states. We recommend that you do not watch for credit unless you are earning credit for our Certificate Programs or are certain that this webcast will be accepted for credit in your state.

4. Continue Order Placement

Click Continue to proceed to checkout. Click Register for seminars to register for more seminars.

5. Promotional Code

Purchasing a Seminar Product

Order Confirmations

When you order a product, ICLE will email a confirmation to you within one business day. If you order online, you can also print a receipt from your computer. If you do not have an email address with ICLE, we will fax a confirmation to you within 3 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Handling is $9.00 per order. Additional shipping charges may apply to large orders.

You should receive your order within 5-7 business days of placing your order (it may be longer if your order is placed on a Friday or over a holiday). We ship UPS. It is important to provide your street address when ordering because UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Rush orders are available for an additional charge by calling ICLE (877) 229-4350.
