How to use the Seminar Materials What’s Included The Partnership includes seminar materials from most ICLE Partnership seminars held after September 1, 2000, plus materials from the Real Property Section's "Homeward Bound" series, unless copyright restrictions prevent us from posting them. We post the seminar materials on the day of the live seminar presentation in Plymouth. The seminar materials also include the materials from ICLE Institutes. These materials are added six months after the Institute is held. In addition to HTML for viewing, seminar materials are provided in PDF format. Older materials are provided in Word and WordPerfect, although some exhibits and attachments in the older materials are in PDF format. Disclaimer. Seminar materials are provided by ICLE contributors and are not edited or checked by ICLE staff. They are posted at the time of the seminar, but are not subsequently updated. Using the seminar materials is not a substitute for your original research and drafting, and ICLE (including its sponsoring organizations and its executive committee) and its speakers make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information in the seminar materials. You can view ICLE seminar materials online or save them to your computer for later use. You can search the seminar materials, browse the materials, or see a list of what's new. To access the materials, you can do a keyword search in the search box. Results will appear in order of relevance. Suggestions:
You can also browse the seminar materials by practice area.
Watch Seminars Online (Archived Webcasts) Partnership seminars (video and audio) can be accessed in the Partnership for approximately one year after the seminar was held. Occasionally, copyright or other restrictions prevent us from posting a seminar. Find archived webcasts by clicking on "Webcasts" under the Partnership heading on the left-hand side of your screen. You can also use the drop-down boxes that appear under the “My ICLE” tab (hover over the “My ICLE” tab, then navigate to the “Webcasts” link that will appear to the right of the word “Partnership”). However, you can also access archived webcasts for a particular topic from
that seminar material. If you are viewing a seminar material, look for
a link called “Watch Webcast” at the top of the screen.
(Remember, only some seminars have video available.) Click on that link,
and you will access the webcast for this topic. See Using
Webcasts for further instructions. © Copyright 2008 The Institute of Continuing Legal Education
