How to use the FormBank The FormBank contains over 1,900 drafted forms in WordPerfect and Microsoft Word formats with commentary (explanation). You can search the forms, browse a list of forms by practice area, or see a list of what's new. When you find a form, you can view it online and save (download) it in Word or WordPerfect to your computer. Disclaimer. Every effort has been made to provide useful, accurate forms that comply with applicable law; however, ICLE (including its sponsoring organizations and its executive committee) and the form contributors make no warranties as to the accuracy of these forms or their suitability for a particular transaction. Using these forms is not a substitute for your original research and drafting. Many of these forms were previously published in ICLE books and seminar materials, and each form indicates its source. Those taken from ICLE books have been edited and checked by ICLE editors; the others have not been edited or checked by ICLE. The "last reviewed" date indicates the last date on which the form was reviewed for currency. If forms are changed and updated, we add a "last updated" date as well, so that you can tell which forms have changed. To search, enter your keywords in the search box. To search for a phrase, put the words in quotation marks. If you enter a contributor’s name as a search term, you will find the forms contributed by that person. Results will appear in order of relevance. If you don't find the form you are looking for using a particular keyword(s), first check to make sure you typed it correctly, then try using a synonym. For more advice on searching, click on Search Tips. You can also browse (see a list of) forms by practice area and topic. To browse:
