Creating a Folder on Your
PC

95/98/NT
Windows 2000/XP Users
You will need to create and name a folder to hold the documents
you download. For the Partnership documents, we suggest you name the
folder "icle."To create a folder:
- Click on the My Computer icon on the desktop.
- Double-click on the letter of the hard disk drive you want to put
the files in, probably the C drive.
- Click on File, New, Folder.
- You will see a new icon that looks like a file folder appear in the
right part of the window. It will have the words "New Folder" highlighted.
- Type the following word:
ICLE
or any other name you wish to use (this will replace the words "New
Folder") and press Enter.
- Close My Computer by clicking on the X in the upper right corner
of the window.

for Word if you need help retrieving, editing,
saving, and printing the forms.

Windows 95/98/NT Users
You will need to create and name a folder to hold the documents
you download. For the Partnership documents, we suggest you name the

- Click on the Start icon on the desktop, which is probably at the
lower left corner of the screen.
- Move your mouse cursor (the arrow) to Programs. A list of programs
installed on the computer will come up.
- Click on Windows Explorer. A new window will appear. It will
have a menu near the top, a list of drives and utilities on the left,
and a list of folders and files on the right.
- In the left part of the window, click once on the letter of the hard
disk drive you want to put the files in, probably the C drive.
- Click on File, New, Folder.
- You will see a new icon that looks like a file folder appear in the
right part of the window. It will have the words "New Folder" highlighted.
- Type the following word:
ICLE
or any other name you wish to use (this will replace the words "New
Folder") and press Enter.
- Close Windows Explorer by clicking on the X in the upper right corner
of the window.
