Print the sample form to verify that your printer is compatible with this program. If the form looks the same on paper as it does on your screen, your printer will work well with the HotDocs product. If the form is cut off at the margins or doesn't completely print on the page, your printer is not designed to work with our HotDocs product. Most laser printers work fine.

To Save File

1. Right click on a link above
2. Click on Save Target As (IE) or
   Click on Save Link As (Netscape)
3. Be sure to note the file name and the name of the folder and drive in which you save it.

After Saving Your File

Retrieve your file by opening Word or WordPerfect and navigating to the folder in which you saved your file. See How to Download.

Note for Microsoft Word Users:

The SCAO form number, title, and release date information appear in the footer of the document. To view the form with footer, click on the File menu and choose Print Preview.
