Rescission of Administrative 
Order No. 1969-4
                    

     On order of the Court, Administrative Order No. 1969-4 is rescinded, effective
immediately.

     Staff Comment:  Administrative Order No.1969-4 was originally adopted to
provide individuals who previously had been adjudicated as criminal sexual psychopaths
with a proper forum for reviewing the propriety of their continued custody.  The statutes
dealing with the commitment of an individual as a criminal sexual psychopath have been
repealed.  There are no longer any individuals confined in state institutions because of
their status as criminal sexual psychopaths, and, therefore, Administrative Order No.
1969-4 is obsolete and rescinded.
