Tara J. Peterson is a senior partner at her firm. She focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, adult guardianships and conservatorships, and Medicaid planning. Ms. Peterson is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section. She is also a member of the Ingham County Bar Association and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. She has completed the Probate and Estate Planning Certificate Program through ICLE and is currently in the Elder Law Certificate Program. Ms. Peterson is also past president of the Greater Lansing Estate Planning Council. She speaks often across the state in conjunction with Family Life Radio on estate planning techniques and does seminars in Midland and throughout Ingham and Jackson counties regarding elder law.
