Paul M. Mersino oversees the overall strategic growth and business of the firm as its president and CEO. Prior to taking over this position, Mr. Mersino was the chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group and represented public and private companies as both plaintiff and defense attorney. His practice expertise includes complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, noncompetition and trade secret disputes, automotive supplier disputes, construction litigation, and First Amendment law. Mr. Mersino also has experience representing and advising startup companies, assisting them with their legal needs and matching them with potential venture capital funding. He has also handled appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and federal courts across the country.
