Bisdorf is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice Groups, specializing in intellectual property, information technology, electronic commerce, and general business law. He counsels clients on intellectual property matters, customer contracts, business formation issues, corporate governance, ownership transfers, and tax planning strategies.
