Mr. Tartt is a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property Law Sections of both the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. He has also served as a mediator and settlement facilitator for the tri-county courts, a council member of the Computer Law Section of the State Bar, a board member of The American Corporate Counsel Association - Michigan Chapter, an adjunct professor of Internet Law at the University of Detroit Mercy Law School, and a presenter for ICLE. Mr. Tartt is additionally appointed as a private mediator in commercial and Internet-based disputes.
