Charlotte Croson specializes in employment law, representing employees in the private, federal, and state sectors. Before founding her firm, she was a senior attorney at Nacht Law and a partner at Bogas, Koncius, & Croson, PC. Ms. Croson began her legal career as judicial clerk to Hon. Pamela R. Harwood, 3rd Circuit Court, and elbow law clerk to Hon. Marianne O. Battani, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a Michigan Super Lawyer in employment law and has presented at the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan on the topics of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and whistleblower protections and to the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) on the topic of sexual harassment law. Ms. Croson is a member of the NELA, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice (Amicus Committee), the Michigan Employment Lawyers Association (Appellate Committee), and the State Bar of Michigan Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is the author of multiple articles and briefs addressing employee rights.
