James P. Lampertius practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, business, and special needs planning. He holds a graduate certificate as a specialist in aging from the Wayne State University Institute of Gerontology. Mr. Lampertius is a member of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer and commentator at ICLE's estate planning seminars. Mr. Lampertius serves in an advisory role on special needs planning with Angel's Place, a community of homes and support for persons with disability, and with Liberty Riders, Inc., a therapeutic horseback riding center.
