Bradley A. Vauter is an attorney in private practice. He has served in private practice and legal service or public interest capacities over many years. Mr. Vauter served as coordinator of Michigan's Senior Exploitation and Abuse Quick Response Team for two years and is a past chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He was also corporate counsel to an area agency on aging for several years and counsel to a model guardianship project in Wayne County. Mr. Vauter also served many years as a hotline attorney and community liaison with Elder Law of Michigan and now serves as its corporate counsel. He has published articles for the "Michigan Bar Journal" and speaks frequently to groups including the public, adult protective services staff, and other attorneys on elder law, LGBT law, and other fields surrounding the firm's practice.
