Timothy H. Howlett practices in the area of labor and employment law, focusing on employment litigation and counseling. He is a former chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section. A fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Mr. Howlett is also a member of the American Arbitration Association's panel of employment arbitrators. Mr. Howlett received the Distinguished Service Award from the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section in 2018.
