     On order of the Court, the proposed amendment of Rules 2.112, 2.118, and 2.401
of the Michigan Court Rules having been published for comment at 469 Mich 1235
(2003), and an opportunity having been provided for comment in writing and at a public
hearing, the Court declines to adopt the proposed amendment.  This administrative file is
closed without further action.
