Amendment of Rule 7.204
of the Michigan Court Rules
                 
                        CORRECTED ORDER
     On order of the Court, the order amending Rule 7.204 of the Michigan Court Rules, entered
March 30, 2004, is modified to change the effective date of the amendment of Rule 7.204 of the
Michigan Court Rules to May 1, 2004.
     
     Staff Comment:  The order of April 2, 2004, is designed to make the effective date of
changes of MCR 7.204 coincide with effective dates of earlier amendments of the Rules.
The staff comment is not an authoritative construction by the Court.
