Lance R. Wilkinson is director of the Bureau of Tax Policy. He joined the Treasury as an administrative law specialist in 2006; prior to that, he was an associate at Warner Norcross and Judd in Grand Rapids and an analyst at Intel Corporation. Mr. Wilkinson received both his JD and his BA in economics from the University of Michigan.
